Refund policy

At Comfort Mini Split,  we work hard to deliver high-quality HVAC equipment, in excellent condition, to your destination.

Order Confirmation

When we receive your email, you will receive a reply that your order has been received and processed. You will receive a subsequent notice when your order is shipped containing the tracking number  Orders may not be canceled after they ship.

Refusals

If item is delivered and it shows noticeable damage on Box, please refuse the item so carrier can return to us and you will receive a refund or an option to have a new item sent out. Please make sure you are present when it is delivered so you can inspect it.  Comfort Mini Split is not responsible for and will not be obligated to cover any damage that occurs in shipment that is not refused at time of delivery. 

Undamaged products that are refused at time of delivery will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee and all incurred shipping costs associated with this sale and return. 

Returns

Undamaged product which the end-user has already accepted may not  automatically be returned to us.  Undamaged and unopened products which the end-user wishes to return,  may be returned to us within 30 days of delivery by contacting our Customer Support for return authorization and instructions. Upon inspection of returned shipment, a refund will be given minus a 20% restocking fee and original & return shipping costs.
